Life Price Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Life Price mobile application for iOS and Android (“the app”, “Life Price”) provided by Volkan Baskin (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using Life Price, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use the App

You may use Life Price only if you can form a binding contract with us. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA/UK). If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

Life Price has no accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to. Everything you enter stays in the app’s storage on your device, and you are responsible for the security of the device itself.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Life Price is free to download and free to use. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no paid tier. We never ask you for payment details, and there is nothing to bill, renew, cancel, or refund.

If we ever introduce a paid feature, it will be optional and these Terms will be updated before it ships.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the app to violate any applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the app

Life Price runs entirely on your device and connects to no server of ours, so there is no online service to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to.

5. Intellectual Property

Life Price, its name, logo, designs, and content are the property of Volkan Baskin and are protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms do not grant you any license to our brand or content beyond personal, non-commercial use of the app.

The app is built on each platform’s own frameworks and system components (such as SF Symbols on iOS and Material icons on Android), used under Apple’s and Google’s applicable terms. It bundles no other third-party media.

6. User Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to improve the app. You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit anything that is illegal, infringes on others’ rights, or contains personal information of third parties.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, which also removes the data it stored on your device. We may discontinue the app or stop distributing it if required by law. Sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Life Price is an informational tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we are not a licensed financial advisor. Any figure the app shows is an arithmetic result based on the numbers you entered. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volkan Baskin and any contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

12. App Store Terms

If you are using the iOS version:

• These Terms are between you and Volkan Baskin, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you are using the Android version:

• These Terms are between you and Volkan Baskin, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
